BOISE, Idaho — Modern and Scandinavian furniture retailer Dania Furniture, which is headquartered in the Northwest and has many stores in the Pacific states, is hitting paydirt with its newest partnership with the NFL's Seattle Seahawks.

The Pacific Division of Dania Furniture, a sister brand to Scandinavian Designs, is partnering with the NFL franchise for the upcoming football season to deliver the ultimate fan experience on and off the field as part of a three-year agreement.

One of its most visible pieces is the inclusion of the Dania Furniture Field Seats at Lumen Field. Additionally, the visitors' tunnel has been painted with Dania Furniture's logo. The Idaho-based furniture company is also getting involved by hosting games for fans in attendance, including musical chairs and a quiz show.

"It's exciting; it's fun; people are excited," Amy Granger, Dania's marketing director, told Furniture Today. "You have a lot of reach, and you can grab onto that energy and present yourself in new ways."

The 128 Field Seats feature Seahawks and Dania Furniture branding and are in an area of the stadium where fans get food and drinks brought to them, making them some of the most prime locations to watch a Seahawks game. Also, Dania includes a gift bag in each that features special offer cards if fans redeem them, as well as other marketing efforts to help Seahawks fans (known as the 12s) furnish their spaces.

"We're trying to be part of the fun and excitement," Granger said. "The best seat in the house is in a Field Seat, but there are also away games, and we have great ways to outfit their homes."

In Dania's Washington and Oregon stores, the power motion has a vignette with a backdrop featuring Lumen Field as a mood setter, as well as pillows featuring Seahawks branding. Additionally, Granger said there's a candy bowl at the front of the store featuring former Seahawk great Marshawn Lynch's favorite, Skittles, as well as current Seahawk D.K. Metcalf's preferred gummy candies.

Granger said there's more to come for Dania as the partnership deepens over the next few years.

"It's been delightful. There are these tried-and-true tactics everyone goes for, and we're ready to start reaching out and try new things," she said. "It's been a lot of fun.
