How do I know which items are available for custom order?

All products shown on our Custom Order Program page are available for custom order. To see all of our custom order fabric, leather and finish options, visit your nearest store location.


How long will my custom order take?

Production time frames vary depending on the item you purchase. The sales associates at all of our stores can help you identify the production time frame for your desired items. They are happy to answer your questions and help expedite the process.


Can I change my order once it has been placed?

It is best to contact your local store directly for all Custom Order questions, which you can do by calling (844) 722-6347. The sales associates in our stores are experts at tracking down information and will be able to tell you whether or not it is possible to make a change to your order once it has been placed.

Where can I see all of the fabrics available for my desired item?

We always recommend that you visit our stores and consult with one of our design associates when selecting your fabric or leather. Viewing the swatches in-person allows you to see the colors in different lights, as well as touch and feel the different fabrics and leathers. At the same time, you may consult with our expert sales associates on the best choice for your lifestyle and decor.


When will I be charged for my custom order item?

A 25% deposit is due when you place your order, then the remaining balance is due prior to delivery.


Can I cancel my custom order purchase?

Once a custom order piece has gone to production, it cannot be cancelled from your purchase. It is best to contact the store you purchased from to find out the status of your order.


Can I return a custom order item after I have received it?

No. Since custom order items are made-to-order to your personal specifications, they are not eligible for a return or an exchange.


What if the item I receive is not what I ordered?

We want you to be 100% happy with everything you purchase from us. If you think your order is incorrect, just contact your local store and we will help make things right.


Will all of my custom order items ship and/or arrive at the same time?

If the items you have ordered are from the same collection, they will likely arrive together. When items in the same order come from different collections, this may influence delivery times. However, our sales associates will be happy to check on production time frames for the individual items and give you the status of your order.
