Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing you with an excellent customer experience. We stand behind the merchandise we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or any part of your experience, please let us know. Most merchandise comes with a manufacturer's warranty which takes precedence over any other warranty. In the event that the manufacturer does not provide a warranty or the manufacturer's warranty is less than one year, we provide the original retail purchaser a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is guaranteed provided the products are subject to normal wear and tear, are used for their original purpose and are not modified in any way. For information on specific product warranties, please contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US form on this page. Some materials such as wood and veneer are natural materials, and variations are characteristic. Natural materials are also subject to color changes due to environment or sunlight. These normal variations are not covered under our warranty. It is up to the purchaser to arrange transportation for warranty issues.
PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED
When product is being delivered, you should inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care immediately via the CONTACT US form on this page to arrange for replacement part, a scheduled repair or exchange. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery.
YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US form on this page to determine if your order can be cancelled. If the product has been packed and prepared for shipment, a restocking fee may apply. If your order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have retained all original packaging. Customer is responsible for transportation back to Dania Furniture. Merchandise not in original packaging will be subject to a restock charge depending upon the condition of the merchandise when it is returned. Any restock charge will be taken out of any refund due. We cannot accept returns on mattresses, futons, special order merchandise, merchandise purchased on clearance or "as is", merchandise sold as final sale or damaged merchandise. Accessory items may be returned with no shipping charge if Customer Care is notified within 14 days of receipt. Restocking charges will depend upon condition when received. NOTE: Damaged items will have parts sent or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM TO A DANIA FURNITURE STORE
If you would like to return or exchange your product to one of our Dania Furniture stores, the best way to expedite the process is to contact our Customer Care team first by email email@example.com or phone 1-844-722-6347. They will then inform your preferred store that you will be coming in to make the return. Once at the store, please have a copy of your receipt (in print or on your mobile device) and the Sales Associate will receive your product. The Sales Associate will also contact our Customer Care team to alert them that the product has been received and ask them to process your refund. If you paid via credit card, your refund will be complete within 24 hours. If you used a different form of payment, the refund will be processed within 5 days. If you are making an exchange, the Sales Associate will work with you and our Customer Care team to arrange for the exchange.
