Estimated Shipping and Delivery

We quote estimated times of arrival as accurately as possible. However, some orders may be delayed beyond our quoted time due to unforeseen circumstances. We are unable to discount due to production or shipping delays.

Delivery To Your Home

Before delivery of your product, there are a set of simple steps that can be taken to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery, including measuring your space in advance, and clearing a path for delivery.

Rescheduled deliveries

Reschedules made after your delivery time-frame has been scheduled will incur a rescheduling fee, starting at $49. Please Note: If you are not at home at the time of your agreed-upon delivery time-frame, you will incur the expense of the original delivery fee, and be charged for a second delivery.

Product Arrives Damaged

When a product is being delivered, please inspect all items in your shipment before signing for the delivery. Upon inspection, if you notice something faulty or missing but the item is still usable, please keep the item and contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US form on this page to arrange for a replacement part or to schedule a repair. If the item is unusable, you should refuse the delivery. Damaged items will have parts sent or exchanged at no charge. Photos of the damaged merchandise will be required.

You Changed Your Mind

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact Customer Care via the CONTACT US form on this page to determine if your order can be canceled. If the product has been packed and prepared for delivery, a restocking fee will generally apply. If an order has shipped, merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of merchandise provided all original packaging has been retained. This full refund does not include shipping charges: when a customer has changed their mind and chooses to return their merchandise, they are responsible for all shipping charges to and from our distribution center.

Furniture and home decor

(does not apply to special order items or mattresses)

We have a 14 day return policy. Returns will be taken if the merchandise is returned in the same condition as you received it.

A restocking fee will apply, starting at 10% of the purchase price for any item returned out of the factory-sealed packaging. All items will be inspected upon return. The company reserves the right to charge higher restocking fees based on the condition of the returned product. Any restocking charge will be taken out of any refund due.

If the product requires delivery back to one of our locations, the customer is responsible for the return delivery charges. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

If paid by check or cash in store, a refund check will be mailed to you within 21 days. Payment by bank card can be processed immediately upon the product being returned.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to your individual specifications, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.


Due to federal and state regulations, we will not accept returns for any mattresses.

As-Is and Final Sales

These items are sold at a generous discount and therefore are not returnable, as they are final sale.

Most merchandise comes with a manufacturer’s warranty which takes precedence over any other warranty. In the event that the manufacturer does not provide a warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty is less than one year, we provide the original retail purchaser a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is guaranteed provided the products are subject to normal wear and tear, are used for their original purpose, and are not modified in any way. Some materials such as wood and veneer are natural materials, and variations are characteristic. Natural materials are also subject to color changes due to the environment or sunlight. These normal variations are not covered under our warranty. The one year warranty will not apply if issues arise during self-installation of items with electrical components.
