Our mattresses were selected by a dedicated team with the goal of offering the top options for all sleep styles (back, stomach and side sleepers). We're confident that you will be delighted with your new mattress purchase and have created our SLEEP PROMISE to prove it.
After 30 days of sleeping on your new mattress, if you're not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges for up to 90 days under the following SLEEP PROMISE:
- You must sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days before a return/exchange will be considered.
- Scandinavian Designs/Dania Furniture accepts exchanges and/or returns on mattresses for up to 90 days.
- Mattress protector purchase/use is required for valid return/exchange. Mattress protector must be purchased at the same time as the mattress.
- Mattress can be returned for store credit only.
- All returns/exchanges incur a $149 restocking and mattress pickup fee.
- Our SLEEP PROMISE is limited to one return, per household per year.
- Our SLEEP PROMISE is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance merchandise, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, power/adjustable bases, furniture and other accessories.
- In compliance with strict national and state bedding laws, and as detailed in the manufacturer's warranty, Scandinavian Designs/Dania Furniture is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that is deemed stained or unsanitary.
- Scandinavian Designs/Dania Furniture reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate this program at any time.
