Delivery was supposed to be 2 weeks. It took almost 4. Once it arrived I knew I needed to send it back. The fabric was low quality and would easily snag. The cheap metal legs made it look cheap. Paid for delivery and then pickup and then restocking fee. When I called the store manager to pick it up he tried to push me to keep it by rattling off all the fees I would have to pay to return it. Cost me almost $700 to deliver return and restock a $1699 sofa that was poorly made. Cute style but uncomfortable and looked like it came from IKEA.

We bought this couch in November 2022. It was backordered but arrived sooner than expected. It has been a couple months now and we absolutely love it! It's comfy, looks chic, fits our awkward living room perfectly. Our only concern would be how the legs will hold up over time but so far no complaints. We also like that it's easy to clean underneath. The cuddler side is our favorite spot and comfortably fits two!

We have had the Cuddler for 8 months and continue to enjoy it. The couch is comfortable and makes the room. We receive compliments on it often. Our two cats occasionally snag a loop of fabric, but they can be cut off and are not noticably missing. It does not show pet hair. The cushions get a bit worn on the cuddler side, but can be fluffed up. Overall a great couch for the price
