Initially, all of the plastic parts on this chair made me worried that it wouldn't be durable or sturdy, but this thing gets used for about 12 hours a day for over a year now and it has held up flawlessly. Never had a chair I could spend that kind of time in at this level of comfort.

This is an extremely comfortable and supportive desk chair. My wife has a chair that cost more than 3x this Wau chair, and the Wau chair is more comfortable. However, the armrests and the headrests will shift position while you are leaning on them FAR too easily. This is a design issue. It is a pain but it does not negate the excellent value and performance of this chair.
It arrived set up and is a terrific office chair—much appreciated when work now involves hours sitting in front of a screen.
The chair is great. Exactly what I was expecting. I wish it came with instructions for installing the wheels. Still haven't figured out how to install them properly. But they work for the most part. The delivery company was awful. I had to contact them every step of the way. The finally scheduled the delivery, but never told me they had set a window. Luckily, I happened to be home at the time anyway.
