OFFICIAL RULES
1. Eligibility:
The “Outdoor Oasis Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the contiguous United States of America who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Dania Incorporated (“Dania”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (such as spouses, parents, children, and siblings) and/or those living in the same household as the employees are not eligible to participate.
2. No Purchase Necessary:
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Making a purchase or payment of any kind will not increase entrant’s chances of winning.
3. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on 02/16/26, at 10:00am PDT, and ends on 03/31/26, at 11:59pm PDT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
4. How to Enter:
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by registering to receive the marketing emails and text messages through the pop-up form available on Scandinaviandesigns.com or Daniafurniture.com. Eligibility is limited to first-time registrants who have not previously subscribed or enrolled to receive marketing communications (including email and SMS) from Dania. Limit of one (1) entry per eligible participant. Entrants may opt out of the marketing emails and text messages from Dania at any time and this will not impact entrant’s Sweepstakes entry. Any entries not meeting these requirements or received after the deadline will be void.
5. Prize:
One (1) winner will be awarded one (1) $1,000.00 USD virtual gift card to spend at any Scandinavian Designs or Dania Furniture showroom, redeemable in-store or online. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $1,000.00 USD. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The value associated with the prize is taxable as income and the prize winner is solely responsible for taxes, including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize.
6. Winner Selection:
On or about 04/15/26, one (1) potential winner of the prize will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and Claiming of Prizes:
The potential winner will be notified via direct message, phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing (the “Notification”). The potential winner must respond to the Notification within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time-period may result in disqualification and Dania may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries.
Except where prohibited by law, the potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release form and a W-9 tax form (collectively the “Paperwork”). The potential winner will be required to sign and submit a W-9 tax form and a Liability/Publicity Release form to Dania within five (5) business days of their receipt of the Notification and an Affidavit of Eligibility within ten (10) business days of their receipt of the Notification.
If the potential winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated in these official rules, is found to be ineligible, or if the Paperwork does not comply with the terms of the Notification and/or these official rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries received. If the Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in such potential winner’s disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries.
The prize will be emailed to the winner within two (2) business days after successful completion of the Paperwork, or delivery may be coordinated with Dania at the winner’s expense.
8. Prize Restrictions:
Limit of one (1) prize per person, per household. In the case of the unavailability of the prize, Dania reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
9. Disqualification:
Dania reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these official rules, or engaging in any misconduct that affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
10. Termination:
Dania reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of any tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Dania’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
11. Publicity Release:
Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, the winner grants Dania the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation or further consent required.
12. Privacy:
Information submitted by participants will be treated in accordance with Dania’s privacy policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling the prize as described in these official rules.
13. Limitations of Liability:
Dania, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be responsible or liable for:
a) Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
b) Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software.
c) Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes.
d) Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

14. Governing Law:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principle of any jurisdiction.
15. Disputes:
Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by arbitration before a single arbitrator in Boise, Idaho. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the then-current commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association. The resolution of any dispute as determined by the arbitrator will be binding on the parties.
16. Arbitration Process:
If the parties agree on an arbitrator, the arbitration will be held before the arbitrator selected by the parties. If the parties do not agree on an arbitrator, each party will designate an arbitrator, and the arbitration will be held before a third arbitrator selected by the designated arbitrators.
17. Jurisdiction:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, a party may seek from a court an order to compel arbitration, or any other interim relief or provisional remedies pending an arbitrator’s resolution of any controversy or claim. Any such action or proceeding will be litigated solely in courts located in Ada County, Idaho. For the purposes set forth in this Section 17, each party consents and submits to the jurisdiction of any local, state, or federal court located in Ada County, Idaho.
