Online Orders

Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation. Allow within a week for processing time between your order being placed and your order shipping. Once your order has been shipped, we will follow-up via email with your tracking information.

If you do not receive an email with tracking information within a week, contact Customer Care via our  CONTACT US form or click on the CHAT/HELP button below.

In-Store Orders

If you made your purchase in one of our showrooms and have scheduled in-home delivery, the store where you made your purchase is your source for updated delivery information. A list of our store locations, direct phone numbers and email addresses can be found here.
