The bed itself is quite nice, but the legs are spindly and the anchors pull out of the soft wood. The few extra screws that hold on the legs don't help much. The legs should be posts or blocks. Moving the bed with the spindly legs risks collapsing the legs, which happened to us.

i have been wanting this bed for months and finally its in stock last month and i bought it right away. When i first got it, it has a strong strong chemical smell, it made my throat hurt, and i think it will fade away after i opened the window for a few days. I have been had it for almost 1month, it sits in my master bedroom, it still smells, not that strong, but very noticeable........ i know this bed is super cute, and i knowwww that lots of you guys might also wait for it to come in stock, but trust me..... if you hate chemical smell, this is not your bed..........

I bought this bed a couple of months ago and picked it up to hand assemble myself. It is a beautiful bed, much prettier than the pictures and very well made. I had taken apart 2 other beds to move things around before assembling this one and it is by far the more sturdy of the 3. The slats are very thick and my king mattress fit perfectly. It did take some time to put together and takes 2 people but instructions were good and we did not feel frustrated or reaching for ibuprofen by the end. It is also very comfortable to read in.
