I was hopeful about these chairs and thought they were of high quality to last more than a couple of years. Don’t waste your money the seats on two of our chairs have already fallen through and started to break. Very disappointed. Warranty does not cover general wear over a short period of time, would like to see this changed.

I've had these chairs for 3 years. The wood on one of seats broke so is no longer usable. Would not recommend.

I paid literally to $500 in delivery fees for 4 chairs. I wanted to invest in a piece that would last a long time so I didn’t mind. They look great and I receive tons of compliments, but the chairs constantly fall apart. I’ve had to buy 6+ screws for those that have fallen out through usage. I don’t stand on my chairs or hurt them, I take great care of them. 2.5 years and they are wobbly and I’m disappointed to see it. There’s a big made in china sticker on the bottom which made me upset regarding the level of quality. order #5540702

We have had these chairs for four years and have been sitting on chairs with holes in the seat center for a couple of years. Fast forward to today, I see no option to order just the seats for these chairs and the shipping price for 4x new chairs is almost $400. Is there any option to just order the seats? This seems to be a VERY common problem among customers.
