Paid for white glove delivery and setup. Desk was damaged (spots where paint peeled off) in the stand. The delivery and setup person was informed about it. He mentioned that Dania will contact to replace within a week. It has been couple of months and no one has reached out.

The desk is actually larger than I thought it was going to be when I put it together. Overall very impressed and unlike other desks it can hold a decent weight limit. I use ultra wide monitors and the desk accommodates them well. Would buy again.

I have been designing residential and commercial for over 25 years and since 2020, I have used many items from Scandinavian Designs store to complete projects. The quality and price point are very acceptable. The customer service in the Irvine location has always been great. They make an effort to help me find what I need and inform me of when there are delays. Best part is delivery is always flat fee.

The desk is beautiful and solidly built. To protect the top of the desk from scratches I recommend getting a piece of clear plexiglass that you can buy on Amazon for 40 bucks. I would highly recommend this desk for both home office use as well as in office. Only complaint is the shipping time which took 8 weeks.

Don’t waste your time ordering this desk. To begin, the desk is not reversible. Once made with the right arm or left table it can’t be changed. Second, I ordered this desk online. Apparently you are supposed to be asked if you want a right arm or left arm table to the desk. Online form fails to ask this information and the staff at Scandinavian fail to follow-up. On the day of my delivery this desk was already built and incorrectly. After waiting months to receive this order Scandinavian only offers $100 for reimbursement and another month of so to receive a replacement. I’m addition I ordered two credenza’s and the delivery team didn’t have all the parts to build the second one. It’s my first time buying from them and I don’t plan to again. Worst customer service and worst company to invest furniture from.
