Purchased online with at home delivery. Delivery was smooth and employees very helpful. However, we noticed that night that one of the arm rests' internal padding was badly crushed. You can feel the hard frame instantly, its almost as if there is no padding at all. Disappointment we decided to spend a little more for a "higher quality" piece and the arm rest feels like an old worn out couch. Other than the arm rest, the couch is firm, but not overly firm and has a decently high back rest compared to most designs these days.
